My recipe for success is to set aside around 30 – 45 minutes a day. (If this sounds like a lot of time, just first think about how much time you might spend watching TV or puttering around on Facebook, and what sort of benefit one might have over the other.) 30 – 45 minutes is the time it takes to watch the video, complete any daily exercises suggested in the video, and the listening time for the meditations. Assuming you are going through the VIP Video Training Course when each weekly module video becomes available, be sure to watch it immediately. Watch it in a distraction-free area. Shut off your phone, TV, email, and computer. Just watch the video. Download the PDF workbook and answer any questions asked in that video on that sheet or follow up with any homework right away. The videos take only about 15 – 25 minutes to watch, and you only need to watch one video one time in a given week. You may re-watch a video if you so choose. Follow up by listening to the accompanying meditation 3 – 5 times a week. The meditations are around 20 – 25 minutes. This way you are learning the topic of that week at a much deeper level. By consistently watching the video each week, taking time to do the homework provided, and listening to the meditation, you are absolutely going to grow in your life and gain MASSIVE personal growth benefits. The key is to create lifetime habits of moving forward in your life.
Any person who has a strong desire to learn Self-Hypnosis can. There are people who have a more difficult time concentrating on one thing because they have busy minds that are accustomed to flitting from one topic to another. However, the mind can be controlled. You just have to have the patience, motivation, willingness, and discipline to do so – all of which we cover in our 60 Video Training Modules of Personal Growth. Here’s one technique you can use to deal with this situation. It’s called the Counting Technique. This is modified specifically for use with such resistant hypnotic subjects. Read and commit to memory: “I am beginning to count to myself, and I will count from zero to the number 20. I will begin with my eyes open, close them on the next count, open them on the following, close them again on the next, and repeat this procedure again and again. (Zero … eyes open … one … eyes closed … two … eyes open … three … eyes closed … four … eyes open and so forth.) With each count, my eyes will become heavier and heavier and my body will relax more and more. Presently my eyes will remain closed, and I fall until my eyes will not open any longer.”
